Nantes - November 2010 - Vision Objects, leading provider in handwriting recognition technology will be exhibiting at the Educatec-Educatice show in Paris, Porte de Versailles, from the 24th to 26th of November.

The Educatec-Educatice is the most important French show dedicated to new technologies for the educational world.

For this occasion, Vision Objects will be showcasing its latest technologies related to the educational world (such as shape recognition and calculation) and present its new products released this year:

  • MyScript Stylus 3.2, a text input-method designed for Windows and Mac OS platforms which replaces the keyboard in applications requiring text entry
  • MyScript Stylus Mobile, its counterpart for mobile touch screen devices running on Android.
  • MyScript Studio 1.2, the newly refurbished notes management and form application

Vision Objects will also exclusively introduce MyScript Notes Mobile which will be officially launched in the year at the beginning of next year. MyScript Notes Mobile is an application which enables users to use tablets, such as iPads and Android tablets, like real notebooks. Students can create as many notebooks as needed, customize them by giving a name, choosing the color, putting images on the cover page, etc. Of course, students can write, make drawings and benefit from the advantages of MyScript technology as they can convert text in real time or on demand, and search for information within the handwritten content.

Vision Objects will give visitors the opportunity to test and play with its handwriting recognition-based applications. "Already widely integrated into interactive whiteboards, MyScript opens up a wide range of opportunities in the educational world and giving more fun and interactivity to learning" Jean-Marc Aichoun VP Sales and Marketing at Vision Objects.
