MyScript Builder is the Software Development Kit (SDK) for fast and easy integration of MyScript handwriting recognition capabilities into applications using pen-based user interfaces, such as Digital Pen and Paper, Tablet PCs, Graphic Tablets and Interactive Whiteboards, to name just a few.

What can I do with MyScript® Builder?
MyScript Builder is the starting point in developing your application featuring MyScript handwriting recognition technology. It provides you with a complete set of technical tools to assist you through the steps of integrating handwriting recognition in your solution. MyScript Builder’s standard delivery is in Linux and Windows. If you have special requirements, Vision Objects can adapt its MyScript Technology to other operating systems on your demand.
With MyScript Builder's tools, you can create handwriting recognition applications that analyze and recognize digital ink. It works with handwritten content, entered through pen-based interfaces with a touch screen such as TabletPCs, or other pen based devices such as Digital Pens, Graphic Tablets and Interactive Whiteboards.
MyScript Builder also supports special characters for indented and numbered lists and Asian circled characters

What comes with MyScript® Builder?
The MyScript Builder software development kit consists of:
- An API (Application Program Interface),
- A core library coded in C programming language,
- Resource files, containing the data specific to a given language needed to perform various handwriting recognition tasks,
- Tools,
- Practical code samples,
- Documentation.
The standard delivery for MyScript Builder is provided for Windows or Linux platforms.
On Windows and Linux platforms, you have the choice between three different APIs:
- C API
- Java API through JNI
- .NET API (Windows only)
MyScript Builder is delivered with the language pack(s) of your choice; Vision Objects provides a separate pack for each language.
