BETT show 2012: Vision Objects places handwriting back at the core of the educational process

Nantes, January, 2012 - Vision Objects, leading provider in handwriting recognition technology will be exhibiting at the BETT show in London, Olympia, from the 11th to 14th of January (Booth B90).

The BETT show is the world’s largest educational technology event and highlights the latest ways to use technology for teaching and learning.

For this occasion, Vision Objects will be showcasing its latest technologies related to the educational world through various demonstrations such as complex equation recognition, form filling, shape recognition, brain games and other quizzes using handwriting recognition. This years’ Vision Objects motto is to place handwriting back at the core of the learning process with demonstrations that will be also presented by its partners during the show. These partners are mostly composed of interactive whiteboard manufacturers but also digital pen solution providers such as Livescribe.

Through demonstrations and applications specially designed for interactive whiteboards, Internet tablets or smartpens and thanks to the supports of our partners, we are going to show that handwriting still has a significant place in the modern educational world. With shape, equation and handwriting recognition technologies, Vision Objects opens up a wide range of new opportunities leading to a simpler and unbridled use of contemporary education tools" said Jean-Marc Aïchoun, VP Sales and Marketing at Vision Objects.
